Sauce Néophyte attempts to move past questions of identity through the union of all beings to planet earth and to each other.

The staple sauces served at a Kebab shop are an example of the strongly urbanized and globalized culinary culture surrounding us today. Most of them have been invented in Belgium but are commonly associated with a foreign country or culture in order to attract a higher number of customers. As a response, Minder’s addition to the menu is the sauce Néophyte. It is based on natural elements such as Algae, and attempts to move past cultural divides and instead return to the source connecting all human beings, the earth.
